Special note on returns during our Black Friday Giveaway Special. Between the dates of Nov. 21st and Nov. 30th, if you received a free bandana and/or t-shirt with your order, and you return your order so that your purchase no longer qualifies for the free item(s), you can either: 1, return the free item(s) with your order return for a full refund; or 2, keep the free item(s) and have the retail cost of that/those item(s) deducted from your refund amount. As for any returns, please follow the steps below.
Should you need to return or exchange your order, please follow this procedure to ensure proper processing.
- Email Wind & Throttle at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 calendar days of the date your order was delivered and include the following information: your name, email address, phone number, order number and reason for return. If you wish to exchange, please let us know what you want to exchange for.
- Once your return is approved by Wind & Throttle, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and must ship the item back to the return address at your own cost within 7 calendar days. Ensure the item is wrapped in something to protect it during shipping and please use a trackable carrier as we are not responsible for lost packages.
- Merchandise must have tags still on and cannot have any signs of wear. Worn or damaged items will not be refunded. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.
- Once the item is received, inspected and approved, a refund will be issued or the exchange will be shipped out; whichever applies to your order. Unfortunately, original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
